Sign Up

To Sign-up on Ezuru you can either sign up using Facebook, Google or the traditional information entry process, but in all cases you’ll have to fill in more information before you can book.

Later on you’ll be asked to enter your credit card info (if you’re going to proceed your payment using credit card), upload a copy of your National ID or Passport, and add a profile picture before sending your booking request. 


Now that you’re logged in you can start booking the property you need and get ready for your trip. -First, let’s start searching for a place for you to stay:
In the search bar enter your destination, check in-check out dates, number of guests (including yourself) and hit the search button
-You can also filter your search results using Ezuru’s advanced search, click on filters and mark check on the options you like

Property details page

Review the property, make sure it suits your vacation/purpose
If you’ve got any inquiries about the property, please contact the host by clicking on “contact host” button (this will redirect you to a messaging panel where you can message your host)
Confirm or change your booking details (check in date, check out date) in the booking column (located on the left side of the page)
Make sure you read and agree to Host’s Cancellation policy & house rules.

Pay & enjoy your trip

Click on Book now.
Choose your payment method (Credit/Debit card or Fawry)
Wait for your host’s response within 24 hours (request expires after 24hrs in case the host doesn’t respond)
You’ll receive the booking confirmation via E-mail or SMS as soon as your host confirms the request and your payment will be automatically processed.
Payment Processing is done via “Arab African Bank” using quickest and most secure methods.
In case host rejects your request or request expires you won’t be charged, don’t worry, sometimes this happens for a variety of reasons, and you can always place another booking request to the same property or a similar one.

Deciding to host

By accessing you can view, browse and surf different properties in different cities but you cannot add your property until you sign-up
It’s free and easy to create a listing on Ezuru. Describe your space, how many guests you can accommodate, and add photos and details. 
Welcome guests & get to know guests before arrival by messaging them on our platform & start getting paid.

Get paid

Ezuru’s secure payment system means you never have to deal with money directly. 
Guests are charged before arrival, and you are paid automatically after 24 hours from check in, deducting a 3-5% service fee. 
Hosts get their payment through: 
1-Bank Transfer 

Create an account & add your property

First: go to and click on sign-up then make sure to agree on terms and conditions to complete the final step
Also you can sign-up using Facebook or Google accounts 
After you created an account in Ezuru, select the ‘Add Your Property’ option in the top right corner of the homepage. You’ll be directed to a form prompting you to fill in the most general criteria of your place.

1st Step (General Details)

In this step you enter your Unit title, Property Type, Property Description, Number of guests, Unit size, Number of bedrooms, Number of beds, Number of bathrooms, Outdoor view and Outdoor facilities.
We’ll need to also input Building number, Street address, Floor number, Area, City.

2nd Step (Amenities & Facilities)

- What amenities & facilities do you offer?
• At this stage of the listing, you are only given the option to tick the amenities & facilities relevant to your property, but once the listing is created you will be able to edit this section and add additional or further descriptions and details. 

3rd Step (Unit Photos)

Show us more pictures of your place Guests love photos that highlight the features of your space 
if you are not ready to add photos now, you can skip this step and complete it later 
Note: Your listing will not be published unless you add your photos.

4th Step (Pricing/Availability)

Choose the time period in which the unit will be available and then set the default nightly price (include Tax) that guests will see for your listing at this time.
You can add Cleaning fees, Insurance fees.
You’ll also need to set Check-in time, Check-out time & Minimum stay at your unit.

5th Step (Policies and house rules)

You can choose from 3 different types of cancellation Policy:
If the guest canceled 24 hours before check-in will get a full refund 
If the guest canceled 7 days before check-in will get a full refund 
If the guest canceled 14 days before check-in will get a full refund 
You can choose you preferred Policy in the main activities taking place at your unit such as Smoking Policy, Pets Policy, suitable for parties, Families only and so on.
