Cancellation Policy

Airbnb allows hosts to choose a cancellation policy that fits their situation while also protecting guests and hosts from trip cancellations. To see which cancellation policy applies to your reservation, go to your Itinerary and click Cancellation policy. The following policies only apply to reservations in Italy, or reservations made by South Korean guests with a Strict cancellation policy. The applicable cancellation policies for all other reservations can be found here.

Flexible

Full refund within limited period

- Guest can cancel up to 24 hours before the trip and get a full refund, including all fees.

- Cancel within 24 hours of the trip and the first night is non-refundable except for fees.

- Full refund: If Guest cancelled before 24 hours of check-in time will be eligible for a full refund

- 1 Night Cost: If cancelled within 24 hours of check-in time

- Cancelled During Stay: If Guest arrives and decided to leave early,

    the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the time of cancellation will be fully refunded (Full refund for rest of period "minus 1 day")

 - Cancelled within 48 hours: Refundable "Up to 3 Times a year"

 - Cleaning fees: Refundable if before check-in, Non-refundable if during stay

 - Ezuru Fees: Refundable if before check-in, Partially refundable if during stay

 - Extra fees: An extra 10% on guest cancellation fees might be applicable at some cases

 

Moderate

Full refund within limited period

- Guest can cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.
- Cancel within 7 days of the trip and get a 50% refund of the total accommodation fees, as well as a full refund of fees.

- Full refund: If Guest cancelled before 7 days of check-in time will be eligible for a full refund

- 1 Night Cost: If Guest cancelled within 7 days of check-in time "First night is nonrefundable"

- 50% refund: If Guest cancelled within 7 days of check-in time" 50% of accommodation is refundable except first night"

- Cancelled During Stay: If Guest arrives and decided to leave early, 50% of the accommodation fees for the nights not spent 24 hours after the time of cancellation will be refunded

- Cancelled within 48 hours: Refundable "Up to 3 Times a year"

- Cleaning fees: -Refundable if before check-in

- Non-refundable if during stay

- Ezuru Fees: -Refundable if before check-in

- Partially refundable if during stay

 -Penalty Fees: An extra 10% on guest cancellation fees might be applicable at some cases

Strict

Full refund if cancellation is within 48 hours of booking

- Cancel up to 14 days before your trip and get a full refund, including all fees.

- Cancel within 7-14 days of the trip and get a 50% refund of the total accommodation fees, as well as a full refund of fees.

- Full refund: If Guest cancelled before 14 days of check-in time will be eligible for a full refund

- 50% refund: If cancelled within 7-14 days of check-in time" 50% of accommodation is refundable"

- No refund: If cancelled within 7 days of check-in time, Accommodation fees are non-refundable

- Cancelled During Stay: If Guest arrives and decided to leave early, Rest of accommodation fees are non-refundable

- Cancelled within 48 hours: Refundable "Up to 3 Times a year"

- Cleaning fees: -Refundable if before check-in

- Non-refundable if during stay

- Ezuru Fees: -Refundable if before check-in

- Partially refundable if during stay

- Penalty Fees: An extra 10% on guest cancellation fees might be applicable at some cases

Refund Policy

  • Refunded amount will be issued after deducting cancellation / administration fees according to cancelation case as mentioned in cancellation policies.
  • Refunded amount will be transferred to the guest’s bank account.
  • Refund service will be within 3 or 4 weeks from cancellation date.
